Know where your beef comes from! Buy local beef directly from our family farm located in Fair Play, Missouri. All our animals are born on our farm. We care for them daily from the day they are born until the time they are processed giving us the complete history of each animal. All animals are raised in the pasture and then finished for 60-90 days before processing to give the meat great marbling, tenderness and flavor.
